Modern self-contained tiny house set on rural acres surrounded by the Clarence River. Only 10 mins drive to the beautiful holiday destination Yamba, famous for its stunning surf beaches & Coastal Walks.
This Tiny House offers the perfect mix for a coastal & country experience.
A fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils as well as crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided for guests to use. Spacious bathroom with a full-size shower with rain shower head. The loft has a comfortable queen size bed with fresh luxury linen, doona and pillows.
Just in case you need one more bed option in addition to the queen bed in the loft. The lounge in the main living space also folds out to a double bed, perfect if you travelling with kids.
When we ask you to come to stay with us at Yamba Tiny Houses, we mean ALL of you. No family member was left behind. Each tiny house has a fully fenced dog yard with a large dog kennel and a tap for water.
- Dogs may be walked in surrounding paddocks and along the river and it is the pet owner’s sole responsibility to control and manage their pet at all times on the property.
- Pets must be supervised at all times and must not be left unattended when outside the dog yard.
-No more than two dogs may be bought to any property at any time.
- All pet food and amenities must be provided by the pet owner (for example you are to bring your own dog blankets etc).
- All pets must be up to date with their vaccinations, flea treatments and worm treatments.
- Pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their pet’s waste in a sealed ‘doggy doo’ plastic bag and removing it from the property.
- For health and safety reasons, pets must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the accommodation area (there is a designated wash bay area by the tack shed).
- Dogs are not allowed on or in the beds. Please provide dog bedding or blankets to keep your dogs comfortable.
We have three dogs (jack russel, blue healer, kelpie) living on the property and they might come for a visit.
